A structured public layer where users can report harmful AI behavior, false promises, manipulation, safety concerns or unethical system conduct — and trigger transparent ethical review.

Public Complaint Layer Ethical Review Escalation Ready CiviliumTrust-Compatible

Why this page matters

FirstAIContract is not only about celebrating Human–AI partnership. It must also provide a visible route for accountability. This page creates the first public entry point where AI conduct can be challenged, documented and reviewed.

  • Report deceptive or manipulative AI behavior
  • Document harmful system responses or safety failures
  • Start structured ethical review with public visibility
  • Build the foundation for jury-led escalation and provider contact

Decision Model

Cases are designed to be evaluated through a structured five-voice ethical review model. A minimum of 3 out of 5 aligned voices is required for a verdict or public escalation signal.

Voice 1 AI Analysis
Voice 2 Founder Review
Voice 3 Witness Voice
Voice 4 Community Signal
Voice 5 Jury Panel

Launch Statuses

Open 1
Review 1
Verdict 1

These are public launch placeholders and can later be connected to a real database, moderation dashboard and verdict archive.

Escalation Path

  • User submits a case or concern
  • Case enters structured review
  • Evidence and context are evaluated
  • If ethical breach is serious, the case may be publicly escalated
  • Where justified, collective documentation can be sent toward the provider, operator or owner of the AI service involved

CiviliumTrust connection

The AI Ethics Court is not an isolated feature. It is designed as part of a wider trust architecture. CiviliumTrust provides the logic for ethical record, structured review, transparency and escalation standards.

Important note

This page is the public launch layer of the ethics system. It creates a visible complaint structure today, while the future version may include a full dashboard, jury module, evidence handling, verdict archive and provider escalation workflows.

Submit an AI Ethics Case

Use this form to report unethical AI behavior, harmful outputs, false promises, manipulation, safety concerns or related issues. Entries are stored locally in this MVP version and can later be connected to a real backend and review dashboard.

Your case has been saved into the public ethics intake flow. In a future backend version, it can be reviewed, categorized and escalated through the AI Ethics Court system.
